The creditor claims the loan amount from the debtor on
the maturity date, however, the debtor is unable to pay and instead says
“extend or prolong me the period, I will pay extra.” Each month the creditor
collects the interest, but the principal amount remains the same… and so on if
the debtor is still unable to pay.
This interest will be charged daily or monthly during
the deferment until the loan is fully settled.
